Gisela Prudden is the founder of Gisela Prudden Real Estate Advisory, with more than a decade of experience inside institutional and private equity-backed real estate organizations.
At LivCor, Blackstone's national multifamily platform and the largest multifamily asset manager in the USA (500 properties, 170K units), she led the enterprise programs and operating model work, partnering directly with the C-suite across business units and 2,000 employees. At Landmark Properties, she led asset management of an $8B portfolio.
She began her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in corporate finance at a South American telecom. She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Georgia (Fulbright Scholar) and bachelor's degrees in Business and Accounting from Universidad Católica in Paraguay. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
